About Us

Lee Hamilton is the owner and inspector for Superior Value Property Service Group, LLC.  A native of Louisiana, Mr. Hamilton has worked in the Dallas-Ft Worth area for eighteen years.  Prior to becoming an inspector, he held careers as an Industrial Site Engineer, Construction Project Manager, and College Instructor.  With an Engineering and Business (MBA) degree, Mr. Hamilton relies on his education & experience daily to perform a top-to-bottom systematic inspection for his clients.  He is a member of InterNACHI® and has obtained their Certified Professional Inspector title. Mr. Hamilton is also a Certified Commercial Property Inspector through CCPIA.  

Superior Value Property Service Group, LLC is fully licensed and insured to inspect in Texas and Louisiana.  Aside from providing excellent customer service, our goal is to provide you with as much information about your property as we possibly can, even after the inspection report is delivered.
